Vendor Information
All vendor applications are held throughout the fair for the year listed. New applications must be submitted each year. This is only an application for the fair and does not guarantee you or your company space at the Fowlerville Family Fair. Do not send payment of any kind at this time.
Please fill out all information completely and read all of the rules and regulations. Please email the form to fair@fowlervillefamilyfair.com.
You will be required to submit your menu and a recent photo of your unit or booth setup. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office at (517) 223-8186.
Outdoor Vendors
Pricing
- $1.50 per square foot
- $14.00 per foot of customer frontage
Electrical Hook-up Fees:
20 amp service- $175.00
30-50 amp service- $250.00
Indoor Vendors
Indoor Vendors are placed inside the Commercial Building located at the entrance.
Prices for Inside:
- 10’x10′ space is $400.00 for one space.
- price includes electricity.
Additional Information
Camping is $350.00 for the week and includes a 30-amp service.
Stock Trailer on-site $250.00 for the week(in certain areas ONLY) otherwise see below.
*You will be charged for stock trucks and the pricing is the same as above. This takes up space that otherwise could be used for another vendor. There is no discount available for stock trucks. Vehicles are allowed in the midway area before 10:00 am and after 11:00 pm for your convenience to restock your units.
Insurance
The vendor shall provide a certificate of insurance to the Fowlerville Family Fair Office by July 1st. The certificate shall name Fowlerville Agricultural Society as additional insured. Each vendor, at its sole cost and expense, obtain and keep in force until completion of the project including clean-up, a commercial general liability insurance coverage with liability limits equal to or greater than $1 million combined single limits per occurrence.
