2026 Fair Camping
Camping Registration Begins on:
Youth Show Members: March 14, 2026 (8 am-11 am)
Registration is first-come, first-served with no holds.
One campsite per family.
Full hook-up is not available.
Camping Check in Begins on:
Superintendent & Exhibitors
Thursday, July 23: 4pm- 9pm
Friday, July 24: 4pm – 9pm
No campers will be accepted into the campgrounds after Friday at 9:00pm.
Campers must stay until Sunday morning at 7 am

Best Decorated Campsite
1st Place – Free Campsite next year
2nd Place – ½ off Campsite next year
3rd Place – $50 off Campsite next year
Honorable Mention – 2 adult week entry passes for next year
Rules:
Open to all Registered Camp Sites, this includes Superintendents and Leaders
Boards of Directors are not eligible to participate, although we expect clean sites
- Contestants may decorate in any way they choose
- Campsite does not have to be decorated; judging will be made on either cleanliness or decorations
- Judges will be chosen as unbiased volunteers, and more than likely will not know anyone. They will do a walk through on a daily basis throughout the week.
- Winners will be awarded Friday at the fair, in the evening hours. Winners will receive a certificate to be used for registration the following year. Awards will be placed on campsites, please look for them
- If you know this is your last year having exhibitors here, you may use your prize in the form of a refund on current year. Please see the fair office.
