The Fowlerville Family Fair cannot operate to its fullest without sponsorships. Becoming a sponsor helps us in bringing the families, businesses and the overall community together as one for a fun filled week at the Fair. This is an opportunity for you or your business to be a part of this tradition and to help the Livingston County's Fowlerville Family Fair strive to become "the apple of Mid-Michigan's eye."


There are several levels of sponsorships available. You can become a Sponsor for a specific event or venue, and there are also general sponsorships available. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for the 2012 Fair, please contact Theresa Ulman or Jennifer Rhodes at the fair office.

Sponsoring helps the fair become and stay an inexpensive place for community members to enjoy during the week in mid-July. You do not have to be a business to sponsor, individual sponsorships are also welcome and you too will be noticed.

 

Schedule of Sponsorships:

 

Bronze Sponsor  $500

A Bronze Sponsor helps the Fowlerville Family Fair in many ways. It helps pay for the awards given during the fair, 4-H participation premiums and grounds maintenance. They play an important part in the daily functions of the fair activities and 4-H participants.

 

Included in the Bronze Sponsor package:

  • (4) Day passes into the fair
  • Mention on fowlervillefamilyfair.com/fair
  • 1/8 page advertisement in official Fairbook
  • Sponsorship for fair events
    • Fair ribbons
    • 4-H and Open Class participants premiums
    • Fair grounds maintenance

 

Silver Sponsor: $1000

The Silver Sponsor is the most common sponsorship. it plays an important role in the "Free-on-Grounds" entertainment. Without this kind of contribution, these venues would not be possible.

 

Included in the Silver Sponsor package:

  • Fair ticket package: Week admissions (6), Grandstand admission (6) (One event per pass)
  • Web advertisement on fowlervillefamilyfair.com/fair with a link to your website.
  • 1/4 page advertisement in official Fairbook
  • 30" X 30" sign posted on grounds during the Fair week
  • Invitation to Appreciation Dinner during the Fair week
  • Fair venue specified

 

Gold Sponsor: $1500 +

As a Gold Sponsor, you are helping to sponsor the bigger entertainment that is involved with fair week. These are the events that are known as the Grandstand entertainment. With your help as a Gold Sponsor, it helps keep the costs of these events to a minimum for the general public to continue to enjoy.

 

Included in the Gold Sponsor package:

  • Fair ticket package: Week admissions (8), Grandstand admissions (8) (One event per pass), 2 VIP parking passes
  • Web advertisement on fowlervillefamilyfair.com/fair with a link to your website.
  • 1/2 page advertisement in official Fairbook
  • 4' X 4' sign posted on grounds during the Fair week and events
  • Invitation to Appreciation Dinner during the Fair week
  • Title rights to one Grandstands event, on grounds venue or one sponsored day.
  • Announcements over P.A. system during the week of the Fair, as well as during specific event or venue
  • Infield advertisements during events
  • Mention of name on official flyers and schedules
  • Mention of name in any press releases pertaining to sponsored event(s)
  • Mention of name on all television and radio spots related to sponsored event(s)

Corporate Sponsor: $5000

Becoming a Corporate Sponsor is the highest regarded partnership with the Fowlerville Family Fair. Your donation will be greatly appreciated in the overall success of the fair. You will also have the opportunity to choose events, entertainment, or days to be associated with. This year we have so many new things to help out with.

 

Included in the Corporate Sponsor package:

  • Fair ticket package (max. 15 each): VIP Admissions, VIP Grandstand, (4) VIP parking passes

Harness Race Sponor: $500

AHarness Race Sponsor helps the Fowlerville Family Fair to continue the tradition of Harness Racing. These sponsors are an important part in the success of the races. This includes track maintenance and intermission entertainment.

 

Included in the Harness Race Sponsor package:

  • (4) Day passes into the fair on day of race
  • Web advertisement on fowlervillefamilyfair.com/fair
  • Your name on the winner circle Horse blanket
  • Photo with winning horse of sponsored race
  • Ad in Harness Race Program for two races during 2011
