About Us
The Fowlerville Agricultural Society is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1886. We are operated by a Board of Directors elected by the general membership during an annual meeting held in October. Please see Becoming a Member for further information.
The FAS is made up of at least 100 current members. Annually holding a meeting to elect a new Board of Directors. The Board of Directors make the majority of the decisions regarding the operation of the Fowlerville Family Fair and the grounds. The Board of Directors consists of 16 members, four of them being Executive Directors. The Executive Directors are nominated and voted in by the 16 Board of Directors. Each Director holds a three year term. The Executive Directors are voted in annually.

Becoming a Member
The Fowlerville Agricultural Society membership is open to anyone in the community. There is a fee of $25.00 for a three year membership. Your membership gives you voting rights at the annual meeting on whom is elected on the Board of Directors, and any changes made within the fairgrounds including bylaws.
Your name is also mentioned in the annual open class registration book, which will be distributed thoughout the local and surrounding communities. Becoming a member gives you the opportunity to help support the Fowlerville Family Fair and other events held at the grounds.
Volunteers are always welcome to work any of the events held. We can always use the membership to help, especially with the fair.
If you are interested in becoming a member, contact the fair office (517) 223-8186 or fair@fowlervillefamilyfair.com or simply download the FAS Membership Application (Adobe Reader required) and mail it with your payment to the fair office (address below).
